Terms of Service for Random Generator

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the mobile application Random Generator (hereinafter “App”), provided by the operator of the App (hereinafter “we” or “us”).

These Terms apply in addition to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Apple EULA). You can review Apple’s EULA here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail to the extent legally permitted.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

The App allows users to create, manage and draw random groups, lists and events.

• a free basic version
• a paid Premium subscription with additional features
• a paid RandomAI subscription providing AI-based group creation and extension
• a free sharing feature that allows users to share their groups with others

3. Registration and Use

The App can generally be used without registration. Certain features may require an Apple Account or an active subscription.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Premium Subscription: Unlocks additional features.
• RandomAI Subscription: Enables AI-based creation and extension of groups.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in your iOS account settings.
• Refunds are handled exclusively in accordance with Apple’s policies.

5. Free Sharing Feature

The App provides a free feature to share groups with other users. Users are solely responsible for the content they share.

6. User Obligations

• Do not share unlawful or offensive content.
• Do not distribute discriminatory or harmful material.
• Do not attempt to manipulate the App or bypass security mechanisms.

7. Advertising

The free version of the app may display advertising content. The type and extent of advertisements may vary and may be changed at any time.

Users have the option to permanently remove advertisements by purchasing a one-time purchase or a corresponding in-app purchase.

By subscribing to the Premium plan, all advertisements will be completely removed from the app.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Use of the App is at your own risk. We are not liable for incorrect random results, data loss or decisions made based on the use of the App.

9. Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Features may be modified or removed at any time.

10. Privacy Policy

Details about how your personal data is processed can be found in our privacy policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is available within the App.

12. Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce this agreement against you.
